The world must unite to stop Russian energy terror

Russia continues to strike Ukraine’s energy system during the cold winter days. Critical damage to Kyiv’s Darnytsia Thermal Power Plant from one of Russia’s attacks is so severe that restoring service will be impossible for months.

Over 1,000 multi-story residential buildings will remain without heating until the end of the winter. The entire country is receiving electricity on a rotational schedule, during certain hours of the day.

This is terror – and it must be stopped.
